you're doing, please contact us, we will do it for you!
- Do you support 'Server Side Includes' (SSI)
- Do you support CGIs (PHP/PERL/MySQL/...)
- Sorry, we do not support any kind of cgis. We
are now dedicated to 'static' website hosting. We are doing this
only to improve the stability of our hosting, to avoid that
somebody uses all the server ressources with 1 script. Our
parent company http://www.dependablehost.com
provides standard hosting packages for script-oritented
websites.
- Do you provide an SSH/TELNET access?
- No. But anyway you shouldn't need it, our web
based interface allow you to do quickly do all necessary
administration. If something else needs to be done, we will be
happy to do it for you.

- Log in your account
- Go to the 'domain manager'
- Add your domain name, and the path you want it to be in your
account
- Change the name servers (or sometimes called DNS servers) of
your domain with your REGISTAR.

- How do I move my domain to your service without downtime?
- Before changing the name servers of your domain at your
registrar, transfer all your files from your previous host to
Cheapbw using FTP. For packages of 10GB and more, our techs can
do this free of charge for you, if needed.
